The Snowdrops Tour

We may have been met with the kind Mr. Frost, and while you may be bundled up to keep the blustery cold out you can treat your eyes to the sights of what the crisp air does to the gardens!

National Trust extends to you a chance to walk along the beautiful flowers and foliage that line some of their prominent sites to glimpse these plants at a unique time of the year.

Just before the spring thaw and after the harsher winters, the month of February is prime time for a Snowdrop walk tour.

National Trust has the Snowdrops tour available at multiple locales, and no matter where you are you are sure to find a place no too far away so you and the family can put on your warmest coats and gloves and get to exploring these stunning views.

Should you be in Buckinghamshire you can head to Stowe Landscape Gardens where you will be let free to roam the countryside.

In Gwyned you will want to set a date at Penrhyn Castle and after strolling among the flowers you can bunker down in the tea room and shop. There will also be warm tea and a respite from the chill at Peckover House and Garden in Cambridgeshire.

There are many more places to take part in the Snowdrops walks and to be sure you don’t miss the opportunity head to The Snowdrops Tour for all the information.
